Once I represent the 3rd generation of apiarists in the family, the opportunity arises to expand the various types of honey, presenting to the market new honey flavors based in the knowledge that the family acquired over the years about the honey, always with the intention to preserve the quality of natural flavors discovered and created. I always believe presenting a new honey able to delight the final customer, not only the gustation but also the fragance that each sort of honey scent, by the originality and elegance of the package, by its texture and tone characteristics and the specific content at the level wellness, depending on which sort of honey can bring to the consumer. We want to go further than just offer the consumer the simple pleasure of eating honey. Honey production is one of the few farming activities that has no negative environmental impact, rather transforms the beekeeper a practical environmentalist and still contributes to the pollination of the species. Honey is the only food product that contains protein and many minerals, amino acids and vitamins essential to our health.

Besides the high value of energy , it has medicinal properties, being a nutriment of recognized action antibacterial, stimulant, soothing, digestive, diuretic and antiseptic.
