Sea Salt is a salt consisting mainly of sodium chloride, obtained by evaporation of sea water, used as an ingredient in the kitchen, in cosmetics, in energy and in various therapies. Its mineral content gives it a different flavor from that of table salt obtained from rock salt or rock salt. It is believed that the sea salt is a healthier alternative to refined salt, which generally contains additives such as halide (used as a food supplement) and anti-caking agents.

Only contains mineral nutrients and, in addition microcrystals which facilitate digestion and has the advantage of being absolutely natural, not being subject to any manufacturing process, including washing, which removes very important nutritional components such as plankton and small skeletal remains of tiny marine animals, major sources of calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, among others.
